A cool way to serve ice-cream and sorbet.
METHOD:
- Cut citrus fruit (lemons, limes, oranges, etc.) in half.
- Squeeze out juice.
- Scoop out any left over pulp.
- Cut a thin slice off the bottom so that the cups sit flat.
- Freeze until firm.
- Use as serving cups for scoops of sorbet.
